It’s early March on the allotment and as the weather starts to warm up (just a little), the site is starting to become busier with people preparing for the spring and summer. Turning over the ground, adding some manure and some early planting are all activities members are carrying out.
Not only that, but the wildlife and resident animals are also starting to appear. One of our members, Lauren captured this hedgehog on her plotcam!
The coming weeks still look to be fairly cold with a maximum of 10 degrees at most and some chilly nights. Lots to do!
